Our enthusiastic hygienist, Laura, has four years of experience in the dental industry. When she started out as a dental nurse, her interests were quickly piqued and she was soon inspired to build on her knowledge.
In 2014, Laura qualified as a Dental Hygiene Therapist and is now a member of The British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. This means she can offer a whole host of tooth friendly treatments and has a particular interest in managing gum disease and prevention.
While studying, Laura was able to use her expertise for an exciting dental project in India and this unique experience encouraged a keenness to get involved in similar charity work in the future.
Laura is committed to improving oral health by combining up-to-date technology with traditional treatment techniques. She applies a gentle, but thorough, approach that allows her to investigate how the condition of the teeth and gums affects general well-being and is guided by a strong belief that prevention is paramount.
When not busy ensuring that your oral health remains in top condition, Laura enjoys getting out and about – running, walking her dog and travelling.
