Composite Fillings
Dental decay is one of the most prevalent health problems in the world.
In the past, repairing damage caused by tooth decay resulted in unsightly metal patches on the teeth. However, thanks to advances in modern dentistry we can now use strong, tooth-coloured composite resin.
After gently removing tooth decay and preserving as much tooth as possible, we can colour match resin, which is then placed in the cavity. A special light hardens the resin and it is sculpted to the correct shape for optimal appearance and bite. This is followed by a polish to achieve a healthy shine.
